In order to avoid you overpaying the freight or subsequent disputes, it is recommended that you contact customer service to confirm the final freight before payment. If the freight is insufficient due to direct payment, we need to contact you to make up for it before arranging the delivery. Thank you for your understanding!
2. Regarding taxes and fees:
✅ DDP coverage countries: The amount you pay at checkout already includes import value-added tax (VAT), and the package will be cleared quickly when it arrives at the customs of the destination country. You don't need to pay any additional fees, please rest assured to sign for it.
⚠️ Non-DDP covered countries: When the goods arrive in your country, you may need to cooperate with the customs to complete customs clearance and pay the corresponding customs duties and VAT. The specific tax amount is determined by the local customs according to the declared value, and we cannot estimate or bear it in advance. Please understand your country's import policy before placing an order to avoid affecting the receiving experience due to tax and fee issues.
